I have lived in the Waterchase community since 2003, in the first plat of Savona, and now currently in Mar Azul for the past 2 years.  Our family supports Waterchase in many capacities, as we've been a sponsor to the Waterchase men's baseball team, donated to the playground canopy fund, the Fall Festival, the Waterchase summer camps, Waterchase Boat Club, and many other social events.  Many residents remember when we brought the RE/MAX balloon to the field for air balloon tethered rides.  We believe there is truly no other community like ours, and that is why I have the most success with sales in our neighborhood.  With over 18 years of expertise and over 150 million worth of real estate SOLD, over 75 personal websites, huge advertising budget,  and great Realtor networking I have a marked advantage over all others as well.

On a personal note…my son, Brandon, is now in 7th grade at Farnell Middle School this year, and Logan is now a Sophmore in the Kinsman Academy at George Steinbrenner High School.  Our daughter, Brianna, went through Sickles High and the online Hillsborough High School.  She is currently enrolled at the International Academy of Design and Technology for Fashion Design.  She also works at Bank of AMerica and Michael's.  My wife, Dawn, of 17 years, helps as my real estate assistant.  When I am not showing property or answering my calls 24/7, I am either at my son's baseball or football games, wrestling meet, or out on the boat.  My passion for boating brought us here from Rockford, IL as the summers are just way too short, and we just couldn't deal with the winters anymore.  We have our boat at Marker One Marina currently, only 11 miles from Waterchase.  We studied many Florida markets for 10 years from Westin, Cape Coral, Ft Myers, Boca Raton, etc, before we decided to make Tampa and Waterchase our home.  We couldn't have made a better decision!  We love it here.
